2017 Success on the Beach Rules

1. This is an individual-based incentive. Each distributorship will participate and accumulate points on their own, not in teams.
2. All participants must reside in North America, Colombia, or Europe.
3. All participants must opt in on The Hub to play and win. Associates may opt in and begin participating in the incentive any time during the incentive period. This includes Growth 25 and Executive Ruby and Executive Emerald Directors.
4. A participant is an individual person or a distributorship. If there is more than one person in a distributorship, the point entries will be combined.
5. Participants must be the rank of Director or above to participate in this incentive. If an Associate advances to the rank of Director during the incentive period, then they may opt in and begin participating for the remainder of the incentive period. Their CVP growth before they advance to Director will count toward the trip.
6. Each individual must be active (generating 100 Personal Sales Volume points every 28 days) to be eligible for any prizes within this incentive.
7. Winners’ enrollments will be audited throughout the incentive period.
8. Each eligible Associate will qualify for prizes in two ways:
   1. Increasing the amount of CVP from the previous year. After 5,000 CVP growth, an Associate can cash in that growth to pay for hotel expenses at $1 for every 10 CVP increase. That means if you generate 7,500 in CVP growth, you’ll have $750 to put towards your stay.
   2. Reaching designated CVP-growth levels, which correspond with set prizes.
9. CVP growth is based on a comparison of CVP from the period July 4, 2015–July 1, 2016, and July 2, 2016–June 30, 2017.
10. Auto Order Maxed Business Center Commission will count toward CVP growth. Other bonuses—like Leadership, Elite, and Matching Bonus—will not count towards your CVP growth for this incentive.
11. Associates who win airfare vouchers will be responsible for booking their own flights, for which they will be reimbursed. Airfare vouchers are valued at US $600. Members of the Growth 25 will have their flights paid in full, and their hotel and airfare booked by USANA. 
12. Qualified winners must attend the Growth Incentive to be reimbursed for trip and/or airfare voucher.
13. Winners will be reimbursed for airfare cost and tax, but no other charges. Those who only win hotel stays will only be reimbursed for hotel cost and tax, but no other charges.
14. Airfare costs and hotel accommodations will be reimbursed after a valid receipt is sent to usanacontests@usana.com after the Growth Incentive is over.
15. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
16. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
17. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The fair market value of all prizes will be reported to the IRS pursuant to IRS regulations. No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.
18. Winner(s) will be notified within 30 days of the conclusion of the incentive.
19. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions. USANA reserves the right to halt or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond its control compromise the integrity or fairness of the incentive.
20. USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive or otherwise tampering with the entry process.
21. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
22. This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
23. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of USANA that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award prizes to the players with the most points as of the termination date.
24. USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this incentive.
25. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
26. USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of incentive winners for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions.
27. Any attempts to avoid compliance with these rules or with the Associate Agreement will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement. If a prizewinner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his/her distributorship under the terms of the Associate Agreement before the end of the contest, they will forfeit any right to a prize.
