Q. Who is allowed to participate in this incentive?
A. Success on the Beach is open to all Associates who are Directors or above. If you are not currently a Director but advance to the rank of Director during the incentive, you may then opt in and participate for the remainder of the incentive period. Your CVP growth before you advance to Director will count toward the trip.
Q. How do I play?
A. Opt in to participate, and then build your business. The goal is to increase your Commission Volume Points (CVP) over the previous year. This means generating CVP growth and cashing that in at different prize levels, or—once 5,000 in CVP growth or more is generated—applying your growth toward the trip. You’ll receive $1 for every 10 CVP increase. That means if you generate 7,500 in CVP growth, you’ll have $750 to put towards your stay.
Q. What do I win?
A. See prizes.
Q. Will USANA book my airfare?
A. You will be responsible for booking your own airfare. We’ll reimburse you after the trip. Airfare vouchers are valued at US $600.
USANA does book airfare for members of the Growth 25.
Q. How do I track my progress?
A. Track your CVP growth, or visit the Success on the Beach stats page.
Q. Are there individual winners?
A. Yes. This is strictly an individual-based incentive. There are no teams for this incentive. A single distributorship, however, will be counted as an individual.
Q. Which markets are participating in this incentive?
A. This incentive is only open to Associates in North America, Colombia, and Europe.
Q. What if I opt in two days before the end of the incentive? Can I still win?
A. Yes. We will back-date all the work you have done until July 2, 2016.
Q. What if I generated enough CVP growth to qualify for the trip, but not enough to win the first prize level?
A. For those that don’t generate enough CVP growth to reach the first prize level (15,000 in CVP growth), when they reach 5,000 in CVP growth they can cash in and apply that amount toward the trip.
Example: Bob generates 7,500 in CVP growth, which isn’t enough to earn the first prize level. He can cash in that 7,500 in growth (worth $750) and pay the remaining cost of the trip.
Q. What if I reach the first level of prizes, but want to cash in the rest of my CVP growth to upgrade my trip? Is that possible?
A. No. You’ll have to generate enough growth for the upgrade. See the prizes page for a breakdown.
Q. What happens if I book my trip before I know I’ve won?
A. We encourage you to book ahead of time. That way you are ensured a spot. We will have more information about where and how to book your trip coming soon.
Q. What happens if I’m a member of the Growth 25, but didn’t opt in? Do I still win a luxury suite?
A. No. Everyone has to opt in to win. Simple as that.
Q. What if I have less than 5,000 CVP growth? Can I still go on the trip?
A. Of course. We’d love to have you. We will have more information about where and how to book your stay coming soon.
Q. What if I book my stay through an outside website like Expedia, Orbitz, etc., rather than winning accommodations through Success on the Beach?
A. You will need to pay US $250 per person if you want to be able to participate in the USANA-sponsored events on the trip.
Q. If I don’t win, can I still book at the same resort?
A. Absolutely. We will have more information about where and how to book your stay coming soon.
Q. What if I generated enough CVP growth to qualify for the trip, but not enough to win the first prize level? Can I combine with another contest participant to receive a free trip?
A. No. You may not combine growth with another participant.
Q. What if I am a Builder? Can I participate?
A. You may participate once you advance to the rank of Director. Don’t worry, though—you have until next July to do so!
Q. Can I bring my children (18 and under) to Success on the Beach?
A. Yes. The Hard Rock Hotel allows children of all ages.
