As of 1 March, shipments in Europe will be sent through the European postal network, meaning you will now have your choice of delivery services. For example, in France and Belgium, you can choose between Postal Network (La Poste and Bpost) and GLS, and in the United Kingdom you’ll have your choice of Yodel or GLS (Parcel Force). Orders to the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg, however, will still be delivered only through GLS.
These companies are secure and reliable—not to mention they guarantee competitive delivery costs while still offering the best quality.
Until the official carrier switch on 1 March, orders to France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom will continue to be shipped through GLS and UPS at the 2015 price.
Please take a look over the delivery process details below and prepare for this coming change:
In France and Belgium:
If you choose Postal Network, as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you can start tracking it with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email (number begins with “312”). Simply enter the number on the website of your local network or use the following link: http://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home?lang=fr.
Your local postal network worker will deliver the package. If you are not there, he or she will leave a delivery notification. To retrieve your package in case of absence, you will have the opportunity to organise a second delivery by contacting the post office indicated on the delivery notification. If a delivery is not possible, go to your post office with an identity card and the delivery notification. You will have 10 to 15 days (depending on what country you’re in) to pick it up. The post office address and pickup time will be indicated on the notice.
If you choose GLS, please use the following link https://gls-group.eu/FR/fr/entreprise (numbers begins with “9”). You will have the same deliveries options as a Postal Network delivery, namely delivery at home, or, if you are not at home, the deliverer will leave a notice in the mailbox. The package will have to be picked up at the nearest access point from your house within 10 days.
In the United Kingdom:
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you can start tracking it with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email (code begins with “JJD”). Simply enter the number here http://www.yodel.co.uk/track/.
The package will be delivered by the private network Yodel. If no one is home, the postal worker will attempt to deliver the package two times, leaving a delivery notification each time. The notice will contain a direct number to contact the deliverer to set up a new delivery (i.e., in the evening, to a neighbour’s house, or a location near your home).
If a delivery is not possible, the package will be put in a parcel shop and you will have 10 days to pick it up. The address and business hours of the parcel shop will be indicated on the notice.
If you choose GLS, your package will be delivered through Parcel Force. To track your package, use this link https://gls-group.eu/FR/fr/entreprise and enter the tracking number (numbers begins with “9”). Then select and copy the UK Tracking number into the following link: http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace. You will have the same delivery options as Yodel, namely delivery at home, or, if you are not at home, the deliverer will leave a notice in the mailbox. The package will have to be picked up at the nearest access point from your house within 10 days.
