Password Change FAQs |
Q. Why is USANA instituting this new policy? A. We care greatly about Associate and customer security and want to ensure your personal and financial information remains safe.
Q. What are the new password requirements? A. As of June 1, 2013, your password will be required to have a minimum of eight characters, one capital letter, and one number. (Example: “janedoe” will not work, but “JaneDoe1” will)
Q. Is there a maximum number of characters for my new password? A. Passwords cannot exceed 20 characters.
Q. What if my password already meets the new requirements? A. If your password already meets all requirements for the new password policy and IF the password is less than six months old, you will not be required to change it on June 1. Instead, you’ll be asked to change your password six months after you initially set the password.
Q. Can I change my password now to meet the new requirements? Or do I have to wait until June 1? A. You can change your password to meet these new requirements now. You will then be asked to change your password six months from that date, not on June 1.
Q. Can I use the same password more than once? A. You cannot use the same password twice in an 18-month period.
Q. How do I change my password now? A. If your password has not expired yet, go to the Change Password page on USANAToday. You will find this link under the “Manage Account” page, which is accessed through the top, right-hand corner of USANAToday. If your password expired, follow the prompts upon your first login after password expiration.
Q. I can’t remember my password. What do I do now? A. Click on the “Forgot your password” link on the USANAToday login page and follow the prompts. You will receive a “secret phrase” password reminder. You can also request that a password reset email be sent to the email address on file. If you are still having issues logging in after trying this page, please contact USANA Customer Service for further assistance.
Q. How will I know if my password has changed? A. You will receive an email every time your password changes. Be sure to keep your email address updated through the “Manage Account” page so you receive all notifications.
Q. Can Customer Service tell me what my password is? A. No. Customer Service representatives will not have access to your password. However, they will be able to send an email to the account on file that will help you reset your password. |
