How USANA Refers Potential Associates and Customers to the Field

Associates should be referring any prospects to their USANA personal web page for all enrollments or ordering.

Any potential Associate or customer that contacts USANA to inquire about the business opportunity or purchasing products is asked if they have been in contact with a USANA Associate.

If an Associate is named, then the potential Associate or customers is referred to that Associate.

In the event that no Associate contact name is given, the referral is given to an Associate who qualifies to received referrals.

If the potential Associate or customer orders through www.usana.com, the referral will be given to an Associate who qualifies to receive referrals.

Referral Process:

Online for US, Canada, and The Dr. Oz Show Associates or customers

• Based off of country
• Commission eligible
• Gold Director or above
• Random placement, however priority will go to those with no referrals or oldest referrals

All other referral instances for All Markets:

• The system will first check for Premier Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above or Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors and above who are currently earning a Leadership Bonus within 100 miles of the lead.
• If the above criteria cannot be met, the system will search for Premier Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above or Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors and above within 100 miles of the lead.
• If the above criteria cannot be met, the system will search for Premier Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above or Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above within 200 miles of the lead.
• If the above criteria cannot be met, the system will search for Premier Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above or Platinum PaceSetter Gold Directors or above with no mileage limit.
