Returns

Products may be returned up to a year from date of purchase. However, they must be 3 or more months away from expiration and in resalable condition. 

USANA products which have been bought from other countries can be returned. However, the product must be returned to the USANA office in the country where the product was sold and must be within the return policies.
 
You may return or exchange a special/promotion item unless noted otherwise.
 
To return products to USANA:
  • First make sure your product is in resalable condition,
  • call USANA and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for either the return for credit or the exchange. RMA numbers are not currently available online.
  • Make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. This number will make sure the product is processed when received.
  • If exchanging for different products please make sure that you include a list of what products you would like to recieve in the exchange along with all the information.

In order to exchange products you need to have your packslip (receipt).

-You may exchange product that is 're-sellable' and 'reusable'.

-You may exchange product for product or sales aids for sales aids.

-If the volume of the returned product is more than that of the exchanged product, you will lose the volume you do not replace.

-If an Associate returns his/her Starter Kit and/or merchandise equal to, or exceeding $100.00, for a refund, the return constitutes a voluntary cancellation of his/her Associate Agreement.
