Meet the IDC 2008–2009

The mission of the IDC is to be the voice of the Associates, uplift and nurture Dr. Wentz' vision of a world free from pain and suffering, and strive in partnership with USANA Health Sciences to create the strongest self employment opportunity available in the world.

Diane & Jeremy Stansfield– 9-Star Diamond Directors, Utah, USA
Both Diane and Jeremy Stansfield helped found the IDC in 2001 and have been instrumental members ever since. The couple proudly claims that representing the USANA family is an amazing honor. They look forward to making a difference in the lives of Associates everywhere for as long as they serve the council.

Susanne & John Cunningham– 2-Star Diamond Directors, Manitoba, Canada
Susanne and John Cunningham take their roles on the IDC very seriously. As liaisons to the Home Office and the field, they strive to give the best possible support. Susanne and John are committed to providing both inspiration and assistance, and they want to give a voice to Associates—whom they consider first and foremost as friends.

Nathalie Deslauriers & Jean-Simon Marcoux– Diamond Directors, Québec, Canada
After helping build a strong market for USANA in Québec, Nathalie Deslauriers and Jean-Simon Marcoux were grateful to be asked to serve the IDC. As members of the Fortune 100 and the Million Dollar Club, Nathalie and Jean-Simon appreciate the opportunity to give back as members of this influential committee. They believe that the IDC is comprised of an “incredible group of people,” and they feel honored to have been selected by their peers to help lead USANA into the future.

Steve Swartz– Diamond Director, Florida, USA
Bottom line for Steve Swartz is that USANA offers you choices. By embracing the USANA lifestyle, Steve has not only unlocked the opportunity of freedom and travel, he’s achieved great success as well. As a Million Dollar Club member, Steve Swartz offers the IDC a perspective on what works from someone who has been there. His service on the IDC will encourage others to reach the same accomplishments.

Seta Der Artinian & Hubert Krause– 4-Star Diamond Directors, Québec, Canada
For Seta Der Artinian and Hubert Krause there’s no element of luck at USANA—it’s all you. They say, “within you right now lies the power to do things you never dreamt possible. Plant the seeds of expectation in your mind. Believe in yourself as being capable of overcoming all obstacles. It's not important where you are right
now, but rather in which direction you are moving!" This inspired attitude makes their insight important to the IDC. As members they will pass along the keys they have learned in their impressive years of experience.

David Delevante– Diamond Director, Virginia, USA
David Delevante is quick to acknowledge that much of his success wouldn’t have happened without the help of his amazing team. He recognizes that each team member brings different talents to the group, and he has learned to focus on the individual strengths of each member. His success in developing and leading a great team make him a natural fit with the IDC. He considers himself blessed that he can play a small part in advancing the huge dream of true health and true wealth.

Dean & Evelyn Koontz– Diamond Directors, Washington, USA
From their introduction to the products in 1995 to their induction into the Million Dollar Club in 2004, Dean and Evelyn have built themselves a very successful home-based business. The freedom of USANA has made it possible for them to support their daughters’ educations and donate to their favorite charities. Serving the IDC will be yet another way Dean and Evelyn are able to give back to their community and share the USANA opportunity with those around them.

John Kinnear– Emerald Director, British Columbia, Canada
John Kinnear’s first goal with USANA was to earn some extra money. Today he is running a successful international USANA business and is a previous member of the Fortune 25. Approaching business decisions with solid research and defined goals has afforded John the opportunity to build strong teams in both North America and Singapore. Wherever his passion takes him, John’s success is sure to follow, and the IDC gives him an excellent opportunity to share what he has learned along the way.

April & Mike Fano– Diamond Directors, Utah, USA
April and Mike Fano credit their incredible lives to the opportunity of USANA. The family has the freedom to travel the world as they build their business. This freedom also allows them to support each other as they pursue their individual interests. For instance April has been able to accomplish the dream of earning her doctorate. As members of the IDC they will take into account what decisions need to be made in order to help others achieve their dreams.

Salim Farah– Emerald Director, Nuevo León, Mexico
Salim entered the USANA family as a seasoned network marketer with an accomplished background in intellectual property law and experience as an economist in Mexico’s stock exchange. Using his diverse career skills, Salim has built a successful Team of Associates in Mexico, placing him among the top leaders at USANA. Both his fresh perspective and enthusiasm for the business are certain to be valuable assets to the IDC.
