Europe Shipping

USANA ships products from the Netherlands warehouse for all EU markets as the France warehouse is a will-call pick-up warehouse only.

USANA uses GLS (or Parcel Force in the UK) as the courier service for all of Europe with the exception of Reunion Island where UPS is the only shipping option and France and the United Kingdom, where UPS is also a shipping option (as of June 1, 2015).

Out of market purchases are shipped via UPS from the Salt Lake warehouse in the United States.

All customers will receive an email with tracking information when a shipment is shipped out.

GLS

  • Delivery person will show up once at customer’s address and if he cannot deliver, he will drop a note with the address of the parcel shop (post office) where they will leave the package
    • Packages will stay no more than 11 days at a parcel shop before being returned to USANA’s Netherland warehouse
      • Three days after arrival at the parcel shop, an email will be sent to the customer to remind them to pick up their package
      • 12 days after arrival at the parcel shop, package will be returned to USANA’s Netherland warehouse
