Canada Personal Use or NFR Purchases

In general, USANA Associates may only purchase products that are available for resale in their home country. However, USANA does allow most Associates to make limited purchases for personal use from a market other than their countries of residence.

Effective June 1, 2013, USANA instituted the following policy regarding product purchases outside of an Associate’s home market:
  1. You may purchase products from another country for personal use, but only those that are unavailable in your home market. Products with an equivalent or substitute in your home market will not be available for order.
  2. Orders placed outside your home market are limited to a total of 200 Sales Volume Points every four-week cycle.
  3. Only product orders placed from your home market will count toward Personal Sales Volume to activate or qualify a Business Center for commissions.
  4. MyHealthPak™ orders and special instances identified by USANA are exempt from this policy.
USANA offers some items from the United States warehouse for personal use or NFR (Not For Resale) purchase in Canada:
  • MyHealthPak (Item #107),
  • Essentials Kosher (item #101)
  • Mega AO without vitamin K (item #106),
  • Active Calcium without vitamin K (item #120),
  • Booster C 600 (item #143),
  • BabyCare Prenatal Essentials (item #151),
  • Sensé Natural Loofah Glove (item #391),
  • Digestive Enzyme (item #111)
Personal-use items are limited to three (3) items of each product per order.
NFR or personal-use items are available for purchase through Canada's online shopping cart, and they are priced in Canadian currency.

To access the NFR cart:
  • Log on to USANAtoday
  • Click on the "Shop" tab
  • Select the "Not For Resale Shopping Cart"
USANA offers UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping for NFR and personal-use items in Canada.

Unfortunately, NFR or personal-use products are not available on an Associate's initial order and must be placed as a separate order from orders with products from his or her home market.
