Auto Order Normally Processed and Shipped Out

Auto Orders are processed on Sunday. Auto Order cycles only process every four weeks (28 days) or every eight weeks (56 days). Orders generally leave the warehouse on the Monday after they process. It is possible that the Auto Order could leave as late as Wednesday.

Unfortunately, because Auto Orders process every four weeks (28 days), we are unable to accommodate customers who would like to keep the release date the same every month.

If you originally signed up at the end of the week, then you may receive your first Auto Order in as little as three weeks. This is because your Auto Order will process on the Sunday in of the same 4-week cycle in which you placed your initial order.

There are several ways to find out if your Auto Order has processed.

  1. You can call Order Express or Distributor Services to double check. Our system can easily tell if the order has processed or not.

  2. You can check it online from Team Manager. If the order has processed, you'll see the volume shown up as your PV for the week.

  3. If you don't have Team Manager, you can still check your order online:

  • Click on "Shop & Orders"
  • Click the "My Orders" under the "Order History" heading
  • Locate the order you are looking for, and select View or Add to Cart

*Orders will only show for the past 18 months.

If you have any orders processed, you can see the details from that area. 

Four-week rolling calendars are also available under the "Tools" section of "My Business", so you can keep track of your Auto Order cycle release dates.
