You get to enjoy USANA products at wholesale prices (up to 15% off retail price) or autoship prices (up to 25% off retail price). Once you have completed the online form, you will be given a PC number that you will use to login to your USANA account to make future orders.
We recommend that you sign up as a Preferred Customer with the Autoship. Not only will you enjoy the best discounts, USANA will automatically prepare your order for delivery every 4 or 8 weeks so you'll always have your products available. What does autoship mean?
 Autoship is really your "subscription to health" because you should take your supplements regularly to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Autoship is a "standing order" for products to be conveniently delivered (auto-shipped) to your home. Autoship means that your order is sent to you automatically every 4 or 8 weeks or regularly as needed. This is particularly useful when ordering vitamins or any product that are taken on a regular basis. If you are on autoship you will be paying 10% OFF the wholesale price. If you regularly use nutritional products, and most people do, then autoship is a great way to reduce your recurring costs. To begin autoship, become a Preferred Customer and select the autoship during your enrollment process.
Do I have to sign up for autoship when I become a Preferred Customer?
No, you can simply choose to sign up as a Preferred Customer without autoship. However, you will not be able to take advantage of the extra 10% discount (mentioned above) on your orders available to Preferred Customer who order regularly. Preferred Customers who are not on autoship, pay wholesale prices (called order value on the price list).
You are free to change your autoship order whenever you want on line or by phoning USANA on their free‐call number. Once you change your order it will remain as is until you change it again.
Is there a minimum amount I have to spend each month when I am on autoship?
There is no minimum order, and you can cancel or put your autoship on hold at any time.
Do I have to order the same products each month when I am on autoship?
No, you can change your order every month either online or by phone. It's fast and simple.
Can I stop or delay my autoship?
Yes, if you see that you are accumulating too much product and don't want your autoship delivered next month, you can go to your online account and put your autoship on hold and set a resume date, or call when you want to resume, or call USANA if you want to cancel.
Does USANA guarantee their products?
USANA offers customers a 100%, 30-day, money-back guarantee on their product orders. If for any reason a Preferred Customer is dissatisfied with any USANA product, he/she may return that product to the company within 30 days for replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price.
What if I want to order extra products occasionally, such as the Sensé skin care? Am I entitled to the special autoship price?
Yes. If you have signed up for autoship for one or more products to be delivered regularly, you can buy all products at the autoship price any time you wish. |
