Welcome to my website. My name's Myrna Widlend and prior to Usana I was a Chronic Fatique Sufferer. Chronic Fatique is a debilitating and complex disorder characterised by profound fatique and doesn't improve with bed rest.
 I was functioning at a much lower level of activity than I was capable of before I became ill. Some of my symptons included weakness, muscle pain, impaired memory and mental concentration and insomnia. In addition to chronic fatique the long hours of work led to the breakdown of my relationship. A very good friend of mine introduced me to the Usana Essentials, I added the Usana Biomega to my Usana Health regime and I found after a very short time that I had much improved sleep.
