Welcome… I am glad to say I have been a nurse for over 25 years. The first 10 years I spent in dis-ease care and I never felt totally satisfied. This spurred me to complete my Masters in Public Health” as I wanted to teach and educate others on how to promote health and wellness and include the mind/body/spirit connection. I love to teach and share everything I learn. With 7 years of college, no one, not even my doctor, nor nursing school or masters degree training did anyone suggest I should be on nutritionals. I had no idea about the importance of cellular nutrition and how my body needed nutritional support. When I started to take my customized Health Pack designed especially for me and my specific health care needs I began to feel my depression lift for the first time in 15 years.
