Important Information About Figures Shown
Developed in collaboration with the Independent Distributor Council, the chart shows the most current figures available (usually from the previous calendar year) and includes all earnings from the compensation plan, Leadership Bonus, and contests and incentives. Check earners must have qualified at their respective level for at least 16 weeks (four months) in order to be considered in their rank’s earnings.
Please note that rank is not perfectly correlated to income. Income is based on effort put forth, and continued effort at building solid business legs is the best way to build a lasting, leveraged income. For example, it is possible that a Gold Director may not be building as actively as a Silver Director; therefore, the Silver Director could have a more solid business and be earning more.
