What is Science Information Services?
Science Information Services, a division of Research and Development (R&D), interprets current nutritional science research to provide accurate and science-based information to support, educate, and inform associates and customers. They work directly with R&D to support the development of new products and product reformulations. In addition, they coordinate with product managers to defend health claims, provide customer feedback, and support product marketing strategies.

Meet USANA's Science Information Services ANZ Team
Sheila Zhou joined USANA Australia P/L in 2003 as a part-time associate scientist. She graduated from the prestigious Fudan University in China with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and now serves as a board member for the Australian Alumni Association of Fudan University. She spent seven years as a medical research scientist in Australia, and has a dozen papers published with co-workers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. She now coordinates with the US Science Information Services team to provide technical support to associates and preferred customers in the ANZ region.
