Roy Truett received a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in information systems management from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina and a master of business administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining USANA, he was employed at Humana Inc., one of the nation's largest publicly traded health benefits companies, where he was accountable for all IT systems related to corporate sales, marketing, and telemarketing activities.

As USANA's chief information officer, Roy establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the company's IT department and coordinates with the project management office to ensure timely project implementations. He also directs the areas of telecommunications, enterprise resource planning (USANA's manufacturing system), all Web and e-commerce activities, product forecasting, data warehouse reporting, and the wide area network (WAN) for USANA and its international branches.
