Jim Brown received a bachelor's degree with a double major in computer science and math as well as a master of business administration from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. Throughout the course of his professional career, he has worked in various plant and production environments, garnering more than 18 years experience in safety, sales, administration, quality, production, and maintenance.

Prior to USANA, Jim was employed with Sonoco, a global packaging company based in South Carolina. His career took him throughout the United States-most recently Memphis, Tennessee. There, as plant manager, he was responsible for safety, quality, finance, production, and maintenance.

Jim joined USANA in 2006 as vice president of operations, and is currently responsible for the company's planning, purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics.
