Bryan Wentz received his welding and machine certificate from Wahpeton State School of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota, and has worked in the construction field since 1979. He spent 12 years as an engineer in the National Guard, four months of which he served his country building roads and bridges in Germany during Operation Desert Storm.

Prior to USANA, he was employed as plant foreman for Kuhn Mfg. and subsequently went on to work for Gull Laboratories in Salt Lake City, Utah as plant engineer.

When USANA opened in 1992, Bryan held the position of vice president of manufacturing and was responsible for the company's purchasing, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and quality control. In 1994, he began serving as director of planning and engineering, a position he held until his promotion to his present role as vice president of special projects, where he currently oversees construction for USANA facilities worldwide.
