Marilyn Hardy received a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where she majored in Personnel and Industrial Relations. She also received a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix.

Marilyn has worked in human resources for nearly 20 years in the training, technology, and airline industries. She has helped manage human resources services and programs for several renowned employers including 1-800-CONTACTS, eBay, and AchieveGlobal.

As USANA’s vice president of human resources, Marilyn is responsible for establishing strategic direction for USANA’s employment-related issues at its corporate office and international markets.
