To support USANA and its sales force and distributor network in Canada.
|
| Duties/Responsibilities: |
This dynamic, high energy Director will help to oversee growth and development of USANAs Canadian market by: establishing working relationships with field leaders and independent associates; training new company programs; encouraging leadership advancement/recognition and developing and maintaining leadership trust and belief in USANA. Other responsibilities include assisting with the planning of Canadian corporate and field events and helping to manage the Canadian budget and other Canadian projects with the distributor force. This position will require significant travel across Canada and the United States.

| Qualifications: |
Successful candidates must have a strong background in the direct sales industry with 5 years of experience in field relations and sales. In addition, strong candidates will have excellent public speaking and attractive stage presentation skills. Experience with budgeting, staffing, and employee training will also be taken into consideration. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelors degree. Preference will be given to canidates who are bi-lingual.
