| Job Description: |
USANA is seeking a FT (Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm) Korean speaking position. The representative will take incoming calls in Korean and English. Respond to the needs and requests of distributors by processing orders, processing new distributor applications and resolving distributor problems through phone, email, paperwork and at times, in person. Assist in the development and
implementation of distributor retention programs. Exhibit positive attitude, support corporate direction and remain
teachable. Happily to do what is required to help customers and employees in both English and a second language.

| Duties/Responsibilities: |
Provide outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.Resolve distributor complaints and concerns. Take distributor orders and accurately enter order information into computer, answering questions and resolving concerns. Process distributor requests via phone, email or fax and do as much as possible to enhance the retention of our distributors.Contact distributors to gather statistical information, provide encouragement, note suggestions/comments and
improve customer relations necessary for increased enrollments, sales and distributor retention.

| Qualifications: |
Excellent English and Korean language skills. Excellent communication skills and basic math skills. Basic computer knowledge, with online navigation skills. 2 years customer service experience or equivalent call center experience preferred.
