Distributor Service Rep I - Chinese

Job Description: USANA is seeking three FT Chinese speaking positions. The shift would be Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm. The representative will take incoming calls in Chinese and English. Respond to the needs and requests of distributors by processing orders, processing new distributor applications and resolving distributor problems.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers.Resolve distributor complaints and concerns. Take distributor orders and accurately enter order information into computer, answering questions and resolving concerns. Process distributor requests via phone, email or fax and do as much as possible to enhance the retention of our distributors.
Qualifications: Excellent English and Chinese language skills. Excellent communication skills and basic math skills. Basic computer knowledge, with online navigation skills. 2 years customer service experience or equivalent call center experience preferred.
Salary Range*: Grade 6
