| Job Description: |
Coordinates domestic and international shipments both outbound and inbound. Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, completed and submitted for shipments. Keep detailed record of all shipping activities. Report periodically on the status of a variety of shipping methods.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design or modify software with the aim of optimizing operations efficiency. Assist in installing and programming software applications by gathering specifications, modifying applications, testing and installing system customizations.

| Duties/Responsibilities: |
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities
• Applies accurate Schedule B Codes to all existing and new products for domestic and international markets.
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping documentation, auditing all documentation from vendors, forwarders, etc.
• Review freight bills for verification and accuracy.
• Coordinate integrated logistics functions throughout entire production cycle.
• Coordinate shipment with carriers/freight forwarders, overseeing the loading of products into truck or container.
• Understand and adhere to GMP policies and procedures.

| Qualifications: |
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Distribution highly desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication and math skills.
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Creative and responsive to new ideas.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
