A fast growing, well established international company located in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. The position will interface with all members of the Executive Team in developing leadership and establishing strategic direction for every aspect of the company’s human resources. This person must have extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources and must be comfortable functioning at the executive level of a $500 million organization.

| Duties/Responsibilities: |
The best candidate for this position will have 10 to 15 years experience in Human Resource leadership working for companies of at least 1,000 employees in an international environment. This person should have an advanced degree in business, HR, or a related field and have a strong understanding of HR related laws, regulations, and practices in the US and internationally.
