| Job Description: |
Supervise production operation kitting, sorting, tableting, coating, and packaging processes. Shift: M-Th 5:00am - 3:30pm with occasional Friday's.

| Duties/Responsibilities: |
Essential Functions
Assigns and inspects work to ensure compliance with company standards.
Recruit, hire and develop employees.
Prepare and maintain production schedule.
Monitor batch status and update daily.
Inspect utensils and equipment before use to ensure standards are met.
Trouble shoot and resolve technical and personnel problems.
Additional Job Functions
Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Understand and adhere to GMP policies and procedures.
Responsible for sanitation in assigned production areas.

| Qualifications: |
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Computer proficiency required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Two-years manufacturing and or packaging experience preferred.
Individual is qualified to supervise overall sanitation based on qualification through education, training or experience in sanitation procedures
Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
Typical Physical Requirements
Frequently involves light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Involves a variety of physical activities including:
Stooping Standing Fingering Grasping
Feeling Talking
Visual acuity required is the minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with preparing and analyzing data and figures, accounting, transcription, computer terminals, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, handling small parts, operation of simple machines, using measurement devices, assembling or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
Machines Typically Operated
Computer, tablet presser, coating, kitting, packaging equipment, telephone, and other manufacturing equipment.
Typical Environmental Conditions
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This is a typical office or administrative environment.
