Personal Assistant
Department: USANA Health Sciences
Job Description: This position will serve as Personal Assistant for USANA’s founder, and will oversee his schedule, assist in day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance.
Duties/Responsibilities: Responsibilities include coordinating and managing a dynamic schedule; arranging travel and other accommodations; providing administrative work and other assistance as necessary.
Qualifications: Candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and meticulous in accomplishing day-to-day tasks. Candidate must be flexible to travel on short notice, and capable of working in various environments / locations if needed. Candidate must be self-motivated, resourceful and capable of multi-tasking. Candidate must be able to professionally deal with confidential information. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with web conferencing is a plus, and the ability to learn on the job is a must. Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
