Deborah joined USANA as General Manager of USANA Hong Kong in 1999 with a mission to establish and develop the local market–the company's first expansion into Asia. In 2003, she was promoted to Regional General Manager and became responsible for the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore markets. As USANA continued to expand in the region, Deborah was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Greater China and East Asia in 2005. As a result of USANA’s strategic regional alignment in 2007, Deborah was appointed as vice president of Greater China and North Asia, with added accountability for Japanese and Korean operations. Having established healthy business growth in the region, Deborah was promoted to Executive Vice President of Asia in 2008 to continue focusing on the development of USANA’s fast-growing market.
