Jim Brown received a bachelor’s degree with a double major in computer science and math as well as a master of business administration from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. His 24 years working in plant and production environments have taken him throughout the United States. He was previously employed with Sonoco, a global packaging company based in South Carolina. Most recently, Jim was the plant manager at a Memphis, Tennessee facility where he was responsible for safety, quality, finance, production, and maintenance. Jim joined USANA in 2006, bringing with him a wealth of experience in safety, sales, administration, quality, production, and maintenance.

In his current position as chief production officer, Jim is responsible for global quality, purchasing and planning, operations, facilities maintenance, and operations—including BabyCare in China.
